So, It's been a while....

Alright I know it's been a while since I last posted here, but lets just pretend it hasn't been, Ok?

I recently went to the lake with some of my friends, and being me brought along my camera, and being me took quite a few pictures of Birds... I may have some sort of Avian Obsession.

Please excuse my the fact that I didn't manage to align my shot with the horizon,
I didn't really have much time to take this shot before these Canadian Geese landed
and wanted to get the shot.
And yes, they are sticking their tongues out at you!

Some more Canadian Geese, framed very well against the backdrop of,
the Downtown Toronto Skyline.

A young male Mallard coming in for a landing.

The water was Crystal Clear that day. it was probably because it was still cold
enough to prevent algae growth, but I am sure that, that will not last very long.

A very stark reminder that despite the warm(ish) weather we are having, we are
still very much within the clutches of Old Man Winters' Cold Hands.

Brrr. Enough said....

So I am starting a new trend, I got tired of all the "Duckfaces" on Facebook,
and the Internet as a whole, so now I want to try "Swan Face"

"Come at me Bro!"

"I want a hug!"

I am pretty sure that he was doing some sort of territorial display, especially
since he and his "Friend" had been proving that Spring was in the air, just a
few moments before I took this set of pictures...

New Hairstyle, the "Gull Wing Hawk" sort of like the faux hawk, but with
more "Like I even Care" attitude mixed in.

Lake Scugog, and Boating

Myself and a couple of friends decided to go for a bit of a bike ride yesterday, 60 Km later I`m home.
Our First Landmark...
The Erm... Cock-Mobile....
In the very Centre of Raglan, The, Vehicle, is a noticeable Landmark/Mascot for the Country Store/General Store there.
Gary Climbing the Purple Woods Hill.
Mike doing the same.
 Lake Scugog

This Place Looks like a great area to retire in.
Thats Probably the reason why the majority of the people that we saw while there were senior citizens. The downtown area is mostly made up of small cafés and boutiqué shops.
Some Spider really went to town on this Bush

Kayak Fishing on the lake. This guy was out on the water for the entire time that we were there, so about 2 hours. Great weather for it though so I really can't say  would do any different.
Beautiful Views along "Old Simcoe" road.
Train!
After Seeing how much fun That Guy was having on his Boat I decided that  wanted to go out on my own too. And by happy Coincidence Mat happened to call and he wanted to do just the same thing! The water at McLaughlin Bay was a bit choppy but still very nice to be on after a long and hot day of biking!
 My Fine Vessel!
The Curious Seagull!
This little guy must have been really hungry when I took this Picture he must have been no further from me than i could reach.

And What sort of Canadian Photographer would I be if I saw this great Photo Opportunity and didn't take it?

Anyway all-in-all Despite some more sunburn, and a great thirst following my day I think it was totally worth it!

My Timelapse Of most of an evening compressed into 45 seconds, Enjoy
